Motivation

We already have Provenio ID (P8149), but the identifiers have recently changed and now they redirect to a new page. Example: http://provenio.net/authorities/118 goes to https://provenio.net/records/16fdca5f-b869-4959-af62-7170b0f6959d . I propose to create a new property for this new ID (different formatting URL, different values). In future we can decide to deprecate and delete Provenio ID (P8149).
